Thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer
Thyroid nodules are very common and can be difficult to differentiate from thyroid cancer. This is best achieved by working with a team of pathologists and endocrinologists who can evaluate the biopsy results and suggest the best way forward.
Thyroid surgery is a very delicate procedure as it involves the nerve that controls the vocal cords.
Dr Kost has performed over 1500 thyroid surgeries and trained surgeons for over 20 years to perform thyroid surgery.
